Senior Operations Manager

Becoming a Senior Operations Manager with Capita TV Licensing As a Senior Operations Manager within the Capita TV Licencing business unit you be a key part in creating a positive work environment where effective and class leading service delivery can be delivered. You will lead and manage a team of managers to drive performance and ensure all procedures are cost effective. You will be making budget decisions and managing a forecast for the business. This is an exciting opportunity within a FTSE 250 company working on behalf of the BBC. What you will do: Lead, manage and measure the performance of Managers within the team. Make decisions regarding business operations, service delivery and staff issues Ensure cost effective and cost efficient processes are in place Effective management of Customer Service Managers to ensure that coaching and development activities support the delivery of agreed KPI's and client targets Proactive in the management of resources to ensure the successful delivery of the service on behalf of the client Works in conjunction with Planning, HR, Training, Quality (Business Assurance) in addition to close working relationships with all areas of the business. Your experience will include: A proven track record of managing Front and/or Back Office Operations Good financial and business acumen and commercial awareness Excellent leadership skills Able to handle conflict and pressure in a positive and constructive way Proactive nature and a willingness to challenge the status quo Ability to manage conflicting demands under pressure and without supervision.
