SOUS CHEF This stunning Hotel is seeking a passionate Sous Chef to join its team. You will be creating great food for all their outlets including their brand-new tapas restaurant all which are bought in daily. You must have boutique hotel experience and high-volume experience As Sous, you will be responsible for running all aspects of the kitchen alongside Head Chef. You will also be in charge of the whole team and kitchen in absence of Head Chef. You will be responsible for training and developing all junior members of staff.
