Mostly Day shifts An enthusiastic Chef de Partie is required on the outskirts of Colchester for an upmarket Restaurant. With a regularly changing menu, due to only using local in season produce, they pride themselves on producing quality dishes. The AA restaurant is only open for breakfast, lunch, afternoon teas 5 days a week and dinner only 2 nights per week. This amazing venue also offers an exclusive use option for weddings. The Restaurant: · This exquisite venue is located on the outskirts of Colchester in the scenic countryside with amazing views · This venue has 50 covers inside and 30 outside · Weekly changing menus, using fresh seasonal, local produce The Role: · Our Client is seeking a talented chef who lives and breathes fresh produce · The right Chef de Partie should be passionate and creative, have a passion for fresh food, be hardworking and a team player · Ideal position for someone looking to grow and develop alongside this blossoming business.
