Overview
Chef de Partie required for a Gastro pub in the Cheshire, live in available. This Gastro pub is producing dishes using fresh local produce. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to learn and progress. The role: We are looking for a Chef de Partie from a fresh food background; you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in the running of the kitchen. This role will include all the normal Chef de Partie duties. Experience: We are looking for a Chef de Partie with current experience as a Chef de Partie or a Demi Chef de Partie looking for a step up. You will have passion, knowledge of fresh food and fantastic knife skills.
