Overview

The Position: Chef de Partie Pastry The Candidate Requirement: Chef de Partie Pastry Able to work on your own initiative as well as being part of a dedicated team, you'll possess an excellent confident manner and be able to work efficiently under pressure. You will work closely with the senior team to ensure standards are maintained and also to help to develop junior brigade members. You MUST be able to demonstrate experience at 3-rosette/Michelin level, and have a flair and originality to bring to the team, you will be required to produce items such as petit fours, ice creams, sorbets, soufflés, canapés and parfaits to Michelin star level.
