Be an Operational Support Officer The Operational Support Team (OST) provide support services to each of our Employability contracts (presently Work Programme, Work & Health Programme, Personal Support Service, Access to Work, Steps to Success and Employment Training & Education contract). This role is about delivering an outstanding level of customer service to Ingeus’ participants and internal stakeholders, primarily over the telephone and via electronic communication. In brief you will: Make outbound calls to clients to engage clients on to Ingeus’ Programmes; Record all relevant information accurately and book the client on their first intervention; Make outbound calls to clients in work to ensure they are supported and sustain in work; Take follow-up action including further calls, texts or writing a letter as determined by operational processes and contractual targets.
