Apply to work as a Warehouse Operative today and receive up to £9.99 per hour at our client’s busy site based in Spalding. Staffline is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to work in Spalding. You’ll work on a rotating shift pattern, and the hours of work are: 6am to 2pm 2pm to 10pm The rate of pay starts at £9.39 per hour and goes up to £9.99. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided. Your time at work As a Warehouse Operative at this site, your duties will include, but are not limited to: Picking and packing items for orders Checking for any damaged or missing stock Using a forklift truck to select items As well as the above, you’ll be required to complete repetitive tasks such as lifting and moving items around the warehouse. Our perfect worker Our ideal Warehouse Operative has a keen eye for detail and will ensure that all orders are processed and despatched in a timely manner. You must be able to read, write, and speak English, as you’ll be required to communicate with other workers. You’ll be comfortable completing repetitive manual handling tasks and moving items around the warehouse. No previous experience is necessary as full training will be provided onsite.
