Our client is a highly successful, market leading, FMCG manufacturing company in Derby that produce impressive well respected brands Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Engineer Team Leader paying £44,000 - £46,000 per annum The Electrical Maintenance Engineer Team Leader role will report to the Maintenance Manager; this key role will include planned and reactive maintenance, in depth electrical technical challenges, taking ownership and accountability to ensure maximum plant efficiency, and delivery of KPIs. This is a supervisory and hands on role with flexibility, mostly working Days, capable of leading from the front and within a team, ensuring efficient running of an FMCG manufacturing plant. The successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer Team Leader will have electrical maintenance supervisory experience with management, people and influencing skills; production line experience in an FMCG, food or pharmaceutical environment; be trained to an electrical minimum craft level but ideally ONC or HNC; mechanical and pneumatic awareness; have a can do attitude with a drive to make a difference; be a self-starter to get the job done and influence change; have the ability to work side by side with the electrical team and share knowledge; have hands on experience or knowledge to plug and play and coach PLC programming skills, especially S5 and S7 Siemens; have good knowledge of fault finding and setting up of AC and DC inverter drives; have knowledge of building Access databases (advantage) , Excel & Word skills, SOP Documentation; COMAH experience or having worked in high risk environment would be advantageous.
