2nd Line Support Engineer Location - Surrey Salary - GBP26k - GBP 28k Our Client are a leading IT Support provider based in Surrey. They are currently looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team to deal with their wide range of client base. Duties - · Customer focused · Helping all junior members when required · Experience with Exchange, O365 and Virtualisation. · Provide support to users via ticketing system, phone call, emails and deskside support · Update and remove users accounts via active directory · Assist with windows server administration and support when needed · Good communication skills Essential requirements- · At least 2 years experience in a 2nd line role · Knowledge of Exchange · Experience in the use of applications such as MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project This is a great opportunity for the ideal 2nd Line support Engineer to continue to grow and learn new skill and technologies and showcase your skillset.
