SIPP Senior Technician - Stirling Your new company The largest pure pensions consultancy in the UK, specialising in pensions actuarial, investment consulting and administration, with revenues of over £110 million. Listed on the FTSE, with over 1000 staff in 15 UK locations this leading organisation are looking for a Senior SIPP/SSAS Technician to join their successful team on a permanent basis. SIPP and SSAS administrators administer pensions for over 5,000 clients and provide specialist expertise in commercial property investments. Your new role You will work as part of a team and ensure that there is technical support for all involved in the SIPP/SSAS business enabling them to provide prompt, efficient and accurate customer services to the SSAS/SIPP clients. You must assist in the management of all technical issues relevant to business lines including making sure you follow Technical and FCA compliance. You will be the primary liaison point, for staff and clients ensuring that quality targets are met within the business line to make certain that the customer service is excellent. What you'll need to succeed You must have relevant experience in SIPP and SSAS administration including dealing with technical issues on each contract. You will have knowledge of analysing the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on administration processes. You must be experienced at developing client relationships and client management. You must hold an FPC, ACII or equivalent.
