Care Quality & Compliance Officer

ENS Recruitment is now recruiting for an experienced Care Quality & Compliance Officer on a permanent, part-time basis. This is to work 3 days per week for a small group of 5 care homes that are based in Berkshire, Hertfordshire, West Sussex and Cambridgeshire - so you will need to reside in the Home Counties. The Care Quality & Compliance Officer will travel to these homes so you will need a full driving licence/car. You will also have experience in a similar role, being responsible for the compliance/quality in residential elderly/dementia care. The main purpose of the role is to ensure the highest standard of care quality is achieved. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with the requirements of the CQC, local authorities and internal policies and procedures whilst reviewing and monitoring their quality assurance systems in order to maintain and continuously improve care quality and service delivery.
