Chef de Partie - Brighton - 4 days on, 3 days off - £20K plus at least £3k in tips Restaurant We are a 85 cover gastro pub/restaurant cooking to 1AA Rosette standard with a brigade of 6. Experience We are looking for a experienced Chef de Partie who has cooked all fresh food everything from scratch. Experience from a gatro pub/restaurant or high class restaurant, country house or hotel. You need to have a real passion for food and quality and be a good team player. If you want to learn and progress your Chef career then this is your ideal place for you to cook to a high standard. You need to be NVQ qualified, reliable and hard working.
