Overview
Chef required for a Pub with rooms in Cumbria. Salary £29,000, live in accommodation is available. We are looking for a Chef to run the kitchen. The establishment has 80 covers, using a mixture of fresh and frozen produce, you will be working a in a team of 2. You will be working 45 hours per week, 5 days over 7. Duties of the job: You will be responsible for organising the smooth running of the kitchen, as well as developing new menus. You will be creating traditional pub classics. Responsible for health & hygiene, food stock control and ordering. What we need from you: Have good motivational skills. Must personally present clean, smart and tidy. Excellent organisational skills. Be able to maintain a high and professional service. Up to date with health & hygiene, allergens and dietary requirements.
