Banqueting Sous - £28k (inclusive of Tronc) – 40 hours per week –London – 5 Luxury Hotel About the role: My client is looking for an experienced Breakfast chef to join the breakfast team at this 5 Luxury hotel. My client is a well – established and well – known hotel with a rich history. A family-owned independent hotel group. They are a spectacular 5 star destination and resort, offering their guests a slice of tranquillity and calm, away from the stresses of everyday life. The ideal candidate: You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, have knowledge of the classic culinary techniques and be responsible for creating exceptional dishes for our guests using fresh ingredients, some of which are sourced from the onsite kitchen garden.
