Finance Assistant Study Support Up to £23k AAT/ ACCA / CIMA Study Support Bradford About the business: Joining a leading construction business in Bradford, you will be an AAT late studier/ fully qualified with the intention to continuing your professional journey to becoming fully qualified ACCA/ CIMA. This is a very exciting opportunity for an aspiring accountant looking for the opportunity to join a business that offers a stable and progressive career. Duties & Responsibilities: - Responsible for Balance Sheet reconciliation - Expenses journals - Support the Financial accountant with all compliance related activities including audit and tax, including managing monthly and quarterly VAT - Consolidate and review the information from an array of stakeholders around the business to deliver accurate and timely outputs to the ONS - Posting of standard journals, e.g. accruals, recharges - Posting and reconciliation of fixed assets - Support the Financial Accountant with other monthly activities - Act as the lead on the expenses process, working closely with the Expenses Transactional team to ensure postings are fit for purpose, and develop the process to drive efficiencies About you: - Part qualified or fully qualified AAT - Strong software experience - Excellent excel skills - Inquisitive and analytical mind - Confident and pro-active approach to completing tasks - Must have working experience within an accounts department Benefits include: - ACCA / CIMA Study support - A clear progression path with ample exposure across the full accounts - Access to rewards, benefits and discounts - Free eye testing & deduction of glasses - 34 days annual leave - Parking on site - Pension Scheme Please apply today to be considered for this opportunity.
