Overview
£25,000 - £28,000 Depending on Experience As Residential Park Supervisor, you will be responsible for the presentation of the entire park ensuring that it is maintained to the highest possible standards, with the owner experience being of paramount importance. Reporting to the directors, you will liaise with ground team and wider maintenance team as well as managing the team of support staff on park. You will ensure owner problems and maintenance issues are dealt with promptly. Main Responsibilities: Full responsibility of the presentation of the entire site Assist in the delivery of the new homes to customers - finishing, landscaping, utilities, snagging, as required Run and manage local contractors Responsible for the upkeep of any onsite facilities if applicable Control own ground team and wider maintenance team in day to day tasks Deal with local level aftersales issues from new customers Liase with developers and contractors for new homes and utilities as required Report to operations director and head office To maintain high standards of accommodation presentation To maintain all appropriate compliance and H&S records To make regular financial and operational reports to the directors To ensure that staff are trained to meet statutory health and safety requirements To ensure that customer feedback is swiftly acknowledged and acted on where appropriate Key Requirements: Must be able to lead by example, be "hands-on", practical and self-motivated Strong customer focus High standards of presentation The ability to organise, prioritise and meet deadlines Attention to detail Team player Excellent communication skills Flexibility, a positive attitude and an ability to work calmly under pressure Computer/IT literate You must have the right to live and work in the United Kingdom and have a full, clean driving licence. Weekend and Bank Holiday working will also be required.
