Established in the early 1960's and have grown organically and strongly since them, adding new arms to the business along the way to ensure the longevity and diversity of the business. Duties of CNC Gear Grinder Work from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications. Must have extensive knowledge of CNC Gear Grinding processes Able to set, program, edit, operate and run a state-of-the-art Gear Grinding machines Compute such data as dimensions, Speeds, feed rates, and machining times. Performed work with a variety of grinding wheel specifications. Requirements of CNC Gear Grinder Previous experience within machining and precision grinding. Extensive knowledge of gear grinding processes. Requires ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, decimals and percent. Benefits of CNC Gear Grinder Very competitive hourly rate DOE Day shift but may be required to work occasional nights which would include shift premium 24 days holiday plus banks.
