Location: Outskirts Weston-Super-Mare Role A QA Analyst is responsible for testing the content before it gets published and making sure it is error-free and provides the best experience for the user. Tasks Test simulations and make sure they represent the physical device Ensure Troubleshooter scripts are accurate and complete Confirm specifications, icons and other device-specific content is correct Work with content and simulations editors to create an exceptional end-product Confirm weekly content releases We pride ourselves on the quality of everything we do so this is a vital gate-keeping role to maintain our high standards. Tech requirements The applicant should have knowledge of the following to be considered for the job. Good grasp of spelling and grammar Any testing qualifications Basic understanding of Mobile phone technology, terminology & web connected devices Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office especially Excel Personality requirements Diligence, attention to detail and the mindset of taking pride in your work Solves problems in a methodical manner based on evidence and not assumption Must be self motivated Being able to work to deadlines Eager to learn new skills Understanding of work prioritisation Fastidious devotion to quality
