DS593 – Technical Service Engineer - Photoshop Printing Location: Farnham Salary: £35000 Overview: Our client, a leading systems provider focused on delivering complete 3D and 2D surface decoration solutions are currently looking to recruit a Technical Service Engineer. The aim of the role is to provide support to the Chief Systems Technology Officer (CSTO) and develop an understanding of the technical aspects of the printing and production process. The successful candidate will provide technical support to customers, providing an excellent level of customer service. Applications from candidates with a military background are encouraged, however all applicants will be considered. Duties and Responsibilities: Train with the CSTO to gain a high level of understanding on the operation of the systems used in Production Travel to client sites to install systems Provide training to clients, either on-site or remotely, to ensure that clients understand fully how to operate the systems Provide on-ongoing support to customers Carry out regular maintenance on machinery Raise any issues/production questions to technical support Maintain quality throughout all aspects of work, by adhering to set standards Contribute to team effort by supporting all members of the business where possible Flexible approach to working, including working overtime during busy periods, in accordance with the Company’s overtime policy Skills Needed: Experience of supporting digital printers Experience of working with RIP software such as Onyx Computer literate At least 3 years’ experience of digital printing and Photoshop Good communication skills, both verbal and written Happy to travel DS593 – Technical Service Engineer - Photoshop Printing Location: Farnham Salary: £35000 This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89885220
