Setting Out Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Setting Out Engineer in central Loughborough working for a well-established, national main contractor. Our client specialises in key construction projects such as Hotels and Student Accommodation and it is vital you have been a Setting Out Engineer on similar schemes previously. T his is an excellent opportunity as our client is prepared to offer long tem work with the potential for the successful candidate to develop a permanent full time career with our client. This would be ideal for an Engineer with a minimum of 3 years similar experience and we require you to be able to carry out the following tasks. Key roles & responsibilities: · Able to carry out detailed setting out · Site surveying work · Control work with spot laser and grids · Prepared to work in central Bristol · Strong communication skills · Prepared to work long hours · Ensure all work progresses in compliance with H & S procedures · Enthusiastic · CSCS or SSSTS · Ideally, a recognised, relevant qualification · Within commutable distance of Bristol.
