We are actively seeking a talented Agile Business Analyst to join the team and work across a wide variety of different technical projects. You will work directly with the agile delivery team and be responsible for ensuring integrity of business process and technical deliverables are fit for purpose. You will have a level of autonomy and be expected to undertake international travel. Due to the growth of this business in the UK, this opportunity will undoubtedly propel your future career Responsibilities - Business Analyst Complete a full gap analysis, eliciting business requirements from users, subject matter experts and stakeholders Compose user stories at a high standard to improve and optimise process within a technical environment Provide functional specification writing and support operational roll-outs and training Communicate clearly with the Development Team, Senior Managers, and key stakeholders Essential Qualifications - Business Analyst Previous Business Analyst experience within an Agile environment Proven experience delivering within a TDD and BDD Environment and the ability to challenge Development practices (SDLC) Previous experience working closely with QA, Development Product, and Technical teams Expert with User Stories and Acceptance Criteria which is used to support backlog refinement Competent with JIRA and JIRA queries Ability to travel regularly to India (2-3 weeks every few months) Agile Business Analyst / Business Analyst / SDLC / JIRA This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89884183
