Ocean Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be recruiting for Experienced Door Canvassers to take a team leader position. The Door Canvasser will take home a BASIC SALARY plus COMMISION and team BONUSES on top Door Canvasser Benefits Package; Annual Salary £25 per appointment booked on top of salary £40 per sale on top of salary and commission Team Leader will receive £100 bonus for hitting team target The ideal Door Canvasser will be energetic and driven, with the hunger to increase their income. You will be required to book 3 appointments per week for a free loft MOT to asses if the occupiers house is running to its maximum energy efficiency. You will be supplied with details of streets and areas to canvass which contain the ideal audience to reach your appointments target. Door Canvasser Responsibilities: Travel to different locations with a team of canvassers with the goal of booking health MOT appointments Explain the risk of not having properly insulted roof/loft space and how it can impact the home owner financially Work as part of a team to create opportunities for the Sales Representative Door Canvasser Manager Criteria; You should be enthusiastic Have excellent communication skills Be energetic with a hunger to succeed Experienced in door canvassing Door Canvasser Benefits Package; Annual Salary £25 per appointment booked on top of salary £40 per sale on top of salary and commission Team Leader will receive £100 bonus for hitting team target Each Door Canvasser will be assessed on a case by case basis, we will also provide you with the relevant information and guidance for a self employed trader.
