Overview
Our client, based in Reading, is currently hiring for an Healthcare Account Manager (South Region) to operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts by building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Responsibilities Operating as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to assigned accounts Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships at all levels within the account to become the clients trusted advisor Develop further contacts throughout the account thereby expanding the clients footprint beyond individual departments Promote internally within each account business value derived from the clients software and solutions Expand the clients software and services portfolio beyond initial project engagement Responsible to retain 100% of client base secured via multiyear agreements Requirements Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role. Proven account management experience in the NHS IT sector is preferred Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail This is a full time, permanent position working Monday-Friday.
