Cash Manager
Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Cash Manager to join the Finance team based at our UK Head Office in Spalding. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive and well-established company. Key Areas of Responsibility: To provide timely accurate and insightful cash reporting and liquidity information to UK finance team, Vienna HQ treasury team and investors Preparation of specific elements of the Labels management accounts to enable on time and accurate delivery each month Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements To maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over treasury activities Development and maintain a reporting mechanism across the business in order to prepare accurate and timely weekly cashflow reports Consolidate, review and submit 13-week forecasts and cashflow/ availability reports for UK finance team, Vienna HQ treasury team and investors Weekly and monthly reporting preparation, including review of bank reconciliations Management of daily sweeps and cash pool Ordering of foreign currencies for business requirements Managing online bank trade portal for foreign transactions Cover for processing, coding and payment runs of cashbook and supplier payments To maintain banking relationships including audits by invoice financing providers To maintain and manage company car reporting and to provide day to day assistance on company car queries, including accident management To liaise with corporate risk team and insurers and also update MID for company car changes Key Requirements: High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to prioritise own work and coordinate the work of others to meet deadlines to achieve targets in a fast-paced dynamic environment Commercially aware Friendly, approachable and flexible – a team player Professional Forward thinking Problem solving and decision making ability Proactive, positive, enthusiastic – demonstrates a ‘can do’ attitude Qualified by experience Computer literate – Advanced in Microsoft Excel VAT and Intrastat knowledge base (desirable but training would be given) Selection: This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive business who invest in people.
