Internal IT Manager Role: Internal IT Manager Location: Henley-in-Arden Salary: up to £40k Benefits Interviewing Immediately - Apply Now Due to internal progression, my client is now looking to take on a new Internal IT Manager to manage the delivery of 1st and 2nd line IT support and provide management to IT Support staff when required, taking ownership for the delivery of all end-user devices (e.g. laptops, PC's, desk phone, mobile phones, etc). You will deputise for the IT Director when needed and work with them to maintain the budget. In this position, you will have a hands-on approach with technology, providing external support when needed, as well as carrying out internal technical tasks. The ideal candidate will have 5 years' experience within a busy support environment, proven customer service, and technical experience and be well organised, with an attention to detail.
