As a residential conveyancer, you will run your own caseload under supervision which will consist in a varied mix of residential property files including sales and purchases, leasehold, freehold, equity release and remortgages. The firm will consider qualified solicitors, legal executives, licensed conveyancers or non-qualified conveyancers with a minimum of 3 years’ experience running your own caseload.
