Overview
An experienced residential conveyancer is required to work for an established law firm based in the Ferndown, Dorset area due to succession planning. My client is a growing law firm and is looking for either a qualified solicitor or legal executive to join this busy conveyancing department. You will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post-completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 3 years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload, and will help develop the department. In return for your hard work, the successful residential property solicitor will be rewarded by working for a firm that strongly believes in its fee earners - developing a close professional relationship with clients - and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
