Overview
Corporate Solicitor BCL Legal is currently recruiting for an experienced corporate solicitor to join the corporate team of an award winning national law firm in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to work for a major UK law firm renowned for its outstanding service to national and international clients, for its collaborative culture and for its strong sector expertise. This corporate solicitor role would suit an ambitious and experienced corporate solicitor who currently works at a top tier regional or city firm. The successful candidate will join a growing team that advises a broad range of clients, from start-ups through to large private companies and PLCs on a broad range of corporate issues and transactions. The team undertakes a broad range of corporate work encompassing mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising, capital markets and general corporate advisory work. The ideal candidate will be at least 5PQE, be a team player, personable, bright and willing to take initiative and contribute to the teams development and marketing. They will have gained solid transactional experience working as part of a team on large transactions as well as handing smaller transactions independently.
