Multi Skilled Shift Engineer (Days only) 4ON 4OFF - 7:30am - 17:30pm Our client is seeking a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer (Days only) to join an existing team of engineers on a modern, high end , corporate HQ property in Sunbury. As a Multi Skilled Shift Engineer (Days only) you will work as part of small team across a very prestigious site. Job Details Multi Skilled Shift Engineer (Days only) 4ON / 4OFF - 7:30am-17:30pm Covering a large prestigious site Overtime available. Salary: 36K - 37k overtime Job specific accountabilities Carry out preventative maintenance program Carry out reactive maintenance works To ensure all environmental conditions are maintained at all times with regard to critical building systems Demonstrate relevant knowledge of Air conditioning, UPS, Generators, LV systems Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues Liaise with building facilities team to ensure any shared landlord and tenant systems are operating correctly Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI’s/SLA’s. Qualifications / Experience NVQ/C&G Electrical Installation Level 2 or 3 18th edition Previous experience within the FM industry and building services knowledge.
