We are on the lookout for superstar Professional Services / Payroll Technology Talent in the UK You will pride yourself on supporting Recruitment clients to help them achieve their own business goals. You will provide Payroll Technology Implementation services to new clients. You will strive for Customer Success by offering best practice solutions for the Recruitment business’ requirements to achieve optimal performance. You will work across a variety of projects, across a variety of locations, so you must enjoy stepping outside your comfort zone and working autonomously. This is a fast-paced role with many changing priorities, so we are really looking for self-motivated individuals to join the team. The Professional Services / Payroll SaaS Implementation Consultant role: Within Professional Services, you will use your exceptional product and Payroll industry knowledge to ensure you are the clients’ ongoing trusted advisor. Working with clients to understand and document their wants and needs. Customer Success: Guiding and advising clients on best practice of the product suite Successfully Project Managing multiple new clients through implementation of the solution, from inception to final delivery. Onboarding Services; Project Management/ Solution Consulting / Training to new clients. Leading process workshops with Recruitment Agency clients to determine and document the current and future state for the clients’ business processes. Assisting clients with Business Process Analysis and re-modelling within the Payroll function. You will project plan and hold the client accountable for timelines and budgets for Data Transfers during the Implementation process. Utilising and drawing on your extensive payroll and/or recruitment knowledge, you will be responsible for gaining an understanding of the customer’s business needs and identify best practice solutions. Assisting clients with business process analysis and re/modelling. Contribute to the Professional Services team by sharing knowledge amongst your peers. Desirable qualities required for the Implementation Consultancy A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Professional Services / Implementation within the IT Software sector. Experience of Back Office Payroll within the Recruitment Agency setting. Experience working on multiple projects often at the same time. Some understanding of SQL / API Integration during SaaS Implementation process is an advantage. Agile in getting involved in some Pre-Sales consulting with potential new Recruitment Agency clients. Demonstrated ability to be self-sufficient and work autonomously The ability to build strong relationships with clients and to understand their unique and relevant business challenges Exceptional attention to detail Change management skills and the ability to challenge and influence clients when needed An ability to ‘think outside the box’ Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to deliver consulting services to a diverse target audience Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and across multiple clients & projects The ability to plan and develop initiatives to ensure continuous improvement Ideally, we would like to see a degree level education, but will consider A-level leavers with strong software experience or qualifications The ability to travel Nationally and Internationally as required Capacity to work from home and co-ordinate hours with international time zones as required from time to time.
