Registered Manager (6 Month Contract) - Learning Disabilities £35,000 p/a King's Lynn, Norfolk Residential Home for adults with Learning Disabilities & Complex Needs Introduction Compass Associates are proud to be working with a well-known and leading provider of Residential and Supported Living for adults with; Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health with a remit to recruit for a new Registered Manager to oversee a Residential Service based within the Thetford, Norfolk area. Overview This is certainly a complex service and the Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing and motivating the staff team to deliver the highest quality care to adults with a diagnosis of; Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health. (Therefore, experience in this area is ESSENTIAL). As the Registered Manager, you will also hold the CQC Registration and must have the capabilities and confidence to provide an extremely high level of care to these levels of adults. You will be tasked with translating the group strategy into local operations and developing relationships with stakeholder's and local authorities. Requirements Excellent knowledge of managing an adults Residential Service(s) Ability to support, manage and develop staff through different strategies Excellent knowledge of CQC Self-motivated, driven and passionate individual Summary The Registered Manager will play a crucial role in the day-day running of this complex provision. This Registered Manager will work alongside the Senior Management Team and have hold full accountability of the CQC Registration of the provision, and for the leadership and performance of this specialist Residential Service that care for those with; Learning Disabilities, Autism, Challenging Behaviour and Mental Health. As the Registered Manager, you will be required to focus on providing/maintaining the highest of quality standards in line with CQC. Interview Process This will run over a 2-part process which will initially begin with an interview with the Operations Manager. The second stage will then take place with the Operations Director.
