Site Manager Thames Valley A multi-award-winning, privately owned regional Developer are looking for a Site Manager to join their construction division in the Maidenhead area. In operation for over 50 years the Developer has become a leader housebuilder in the South East. The Site Manager’s role The successful Site Manager will be overseeing the daily operations which include the management of subcontractors and labourers, a small site-based team, and all materials coming to and from site. As the Site Manager you will ensure that your site is finished and completed within the agreed building programme which includes any amendments to the correct quality and spec that’s outlined. The Site Manager The Construction Director is looking for the Site Manager to have extensive experience in a residential developer. The Site Manager must be customer and sales focused, whilst being commercially aware and be able to work to deadlines.
