Document Controller Are you looking for a new role in Construction? Do you have an understanding of Document Control? I'm looking for a Document Controller to join a Head Office in East Kent. This person will work in a team of an O&M Coordinator and Assistant Document Controller. Job Title: Document Controller Rate: £20,000 - £22,000 Location: Ramsgate, Kent Contract: Permanent Randstad Contract: Sophie Clemmence Our client has a requirement for a new Document Controller to be based in their Head Office They require a Document Controller to control all documentation involved with any of their live projects. This will be a busy role and you will be required to be self motivated, enthusiastic and professional. As a Document Controller your duties will include: Manage all filing and documentation Uploading and downloading of all drawings from each site you oversee Providing secretarial and administrative support to the office Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquires Liaise with both internal and external contacts on a regular basis Control and appropriately manage the flow of incoming and outgoing drawing documents, to meet the needs of the business in a timely and proactive manner Accurate retrieval and issue of drawings, in approved format, as required Responsible for database of drawings to ensure it is meticulously kept up to date. Archive of the superseded drawings with accurate record keeping for retrieval if required General ad hoc admin that is required You must have: Strong administration skills and knowledge within the construction industry Experience working on Microsoft Excel Good communication skills IT skills and working knowledge of online systems What to do next: If you feel this role meets your expectations please click apply and upload your latest CV.
