I am currently recruiting for a junior account manager based in Sittingbourne The role will be very varied and will include - Account management - General Admin Duties - Pulling data from systems - Excellent customer service - running daily reports - logging data onto excel and CRM - Building and maintaining relationships with customers - managing customer expectations - managing customer accounts and giving updates and support on products The ideal candidate - Experience within a sales administration role - Experience working with customers and supporting their needs - looking for a next career move step - Looking to develop your career and grow within a company - has an interest within the science industry Extras Full time permanent role Monday to Friday 8:30-4:30 Salary £17-£20k (dependent on experience) Bonus scheme Excellent benefits
