Overview

Working for a large group who specialise in Supported Living Care for Adults with Learning Disabilities, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health needs in the Bordon area Trainee Support Worker As a Support Worker you will providing some Personal Care, helping with grooming, promoting good hygiene, you will have a calm personality, be able to support on days out, help with shopping and participating in activities to help them to improve their skills, as well as taking them for social and fun times out. As part of the supported living service team you will be working in small House’s, typically working with between 2-4 Adults per home, promoting independent living. As a Support Worker- (no experience necessary ) If you are new to care, the company will help you gain the skills and experience you need as part of their comprehensive induction. They will help you reach your full potential by providing you with all your necessary training, guidance and support during your induction to achieve your Care Certificate, which is now a nationally-recognised qualification. If you already have experience working within the care industry, they will give you the opportunity to grow and learn. They have a strong track record of promoting from within the company and our aim is to ensure they equip all their employees with the knowledge and support they need to succeed.
