Finance Administrator (Maternity) - Somerset TA1 - £20,400 per annum A Finance Administrator is needed to join an award-winning, innovative and fast-growing charity in Somerset, on a 12 month maternity contract. As one of the largest independent Charities in Somerset and headquartered in central Taunton, it has seen growth of over 140% in the last 2 years delivering critical personalised support for individuals and communities through a range of channels, including the well-recognised Village Agents. Due to continuous success they are now seeking a Finance Administrator to join their expanding team. As their Finance Administrator expect to work in a small office-based team delivering an efficient service to the finance team as well as the wider organisation. On a day-to-day basis you will process invoices, manage supplier queries, create reports, handle employee expenses, provide general administration and much more. In short, the Finance Administrator will provide critical admin support to a well organised and growing business. To qualify… You should be an Finance Administrator / Administration & Finance Support Officer / Administration Officer / Administration Assistant / Admin Assistant / Finance Support Assistant / Finance Assistant / Office Assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates: Previous experience of a finance-based packages (e.g. Quickbooks, Sage, Xero) or previous experience within a finance related role; Competent practitioner in Word, Excel and Powerpoint; Minimum of GCSE or equivalent qualifications including Maths and English; Meticulous attention to detail. Previous knowledge of HR systems would be desirable as well as an understanding of the health & social care sector and experience within the third sector .
