The Environment Co-Ordinator will manage the booking and scheduling of all test environments in conjunction with the Environment Management Leads Responsibilities We're looking for someone who will take responsibility for forecasting environment requirements based on anticipated demand from multiple application delivery teams, ensuring control of environment usage and establishment of robust calendar of use as well as be responsible for carrying out impact assessments on all projects utilising the test environments for releases and outages. You will also communicate to all stakeholders on usage, contention and environment availability, be responsible for feeding into release planning forum, ensure release identification and control across the environments is effectively documented and be responsible for scheduling and managing E2E data refreshes. Alongside this, you will ensure a catalogue of available Application, Integration and Infrastructure Components and environments is maintained, maintain log of all environment status to ensure fit for purpose / early warning of maintenance, etc and working with Environment Management Leads to ensure environments are operational, work with support teams to ensure environment issue resolution. In addition to this, you will take responsibility for communicating application issues and agreeing fix activities for environments with Pre-Production Support Team Manager, Manage integration between shared applications , ensuring an environment RAID log is maintained and be responsible for escalating issues and risks in a timely manner as well as communicate and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Qualifications We're expecting you to have experience of working in SAP, AWS and JDA environments, good calendar & time management skills, good negotiating & influencing skills, excellent communication (verbal, written & interpersonal) skills at all levels and a good understanding of system integrations & risk points. We're looking for someone who has the ability to produce concise & objective summaries of complex information, the ability to deliver under pressure & to tight timescales. A positive and adaptable approach is required to operate in a constantly changing environment as well as a flexible approach to day to day tasks with an ability to manage multiple deliverable across a variety of stakeholder as well as the ability to demonstrate effective stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
