Overview

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To deliver a comprehensive Medical Nutrition service to internal and external customers. MAIN ACCOUNTABILITY'S To ensure the Freephone Nutrition Helpline is consistently operated throughout the published hours of service in line with contractual requirements and internal standards. Lead on the maintenance and production of various Medical Nutrition materials and the Medical Nutrition Sharepoint site Provide clinical input into internal and external training sessions To be involved in both the uploading and approval of materials for internal and external use. Any other tasks delegated by Medical and Scientific Affairs Manager ACCOUNTABILITY Delivering high quality work, accurately and on time. Completing administration. Highlighting conflicts in workload for prioritisation. GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY'S To comply with the company's policies and procedures to meet statutory, quality and business requirements within the overall strategy and objectives of Abbott Laboratories Ltd. Responsible for health, safety and environmental performance of themselves and others through compliance within EHS programs, regulations and standards. BACKGROUND/EDUCATION Essential: Registered dietitian with at least 6 months of clinical experience. Fluent English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including telephone skills. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. High attention to detail. Customer focused. Maintains confidentiality. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure. Flexibility and adaptability. Desirable: Relevant customer service experience. Competent use of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
