Overview
These are great opportunities if you love a lie in or your circumstances allow you to work an afternoon to evening shift and you enjoy email correspondence over verbal customer service. These roles are 4.30pm - 10pm Monday to Friday and are based within an extremely friendly customer service team. Morley based, this firm, a successful leader in its sector, is looking for additional support specifically for these shifts. The roles are temporary to permanent however if you are available for long term temp work please still apply. Lively office focussing on upbeat customer care. Working within a lively customer service team the role involves responding to customer queries by email. You need to combine excellent written English with good customer service skills. Your background needs to demonstrate excellent customer service ability however we are open to a range of sectors eg contact centres, retail etc but you do need to be able to demonstrate the ability to produce good emails. If you do not have specific experience but feel you are the type of person who cares about providing customer service and that with training you could achieve this, it is worth making contact with us (but only if you can work these shifts).
