Overview
Bridgewater Finance Group are one of the UK’s most well established financial solutions providers. Established 14 years ago, we provide ethical and customer focused financial management plans. We are fully FCA licenced, and we are looking to add to our expanding team. The Role Taking responsibility for IVA Supervisory team, including all SLA’s, individual goals and advisors’ performance targets Creating and completing individual 121’s, training and coaching with individual advisors. Motivating and driving the performance and the efficiency of the department To ensure and keep up to date all aspects of compliance, Data Protection, Anti Money Laundering and financial crime awareness and to ensure all staff within the team are compliant within these KPI’s. Demonstrate drive and passion within the floor to achieve targets set on a monthly basis. Communicating proficiently with all levels to get the best results. Principal Accountabilities To proactively contribute and support the senior management team with company initiatives and projects that will maximise operational improvements. Develop and deliver effective coaching for individual sales advisors to assist in the achievement of sales KPI’s and sales targets. To always behave in a professional and effective manner and lead by example To adapt communication style and approach to meet business needs and expectations. To accurately record all information on the relevant systems or associated paperwork, ensuring high levels of accurate information is provided. To be open to feedback, coaching and development from senior management to improve performance. To attend, participate in and contribute to management and team meetings and any briefings. Comply with Data Protection Legislation with regards to disclosure of information. Comply with all Regulatory bodies ensuring all staff is regularly spot checked for compliance and conduct to ensure the integrity of the business is upheld.
