Datacentre Technical Support Manager Birmingham £65-70k Car Allowance Package A leading IT services client in Birmingham is looking to recruit an experienced Datacentre Technical Support Manager to join their team, managing teams to ensure a first class service delivery to all of their clients. This role is perfectly suited to someone with a strong technical background and a track record for ensuring optimum service to clients within a fast-paced enterprise environment. To be considered you'll need: Proven management experience within a datacentre environment, ideally within an MSP Experience managing a team to ensure SLA's are achieved Experience interacting with clients, account managers, technical teams to ensure best practice in service delivery Strong technical background with knowledge of cloud, storage, networking and security.
