Overview
Conrad are pleased to be working with a high-end house builder who have an exciting opportunity for a SMSTS Qualified Site Manager for one of their premium Housing Developments on the outskirts of Haywards Heath . As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the site and will have free reign to put your own stamp on their already unique product. As a Site Manager operating on their high-end Residential sites, you will responsible for a number of trades on site and be supported by some of the best-regarded construction professionals in the region. They are looking for already accomplished Managers who have experience creating traditional build quality sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their site along with a dedicated construction team, have previous experience running a site for at least 3 years on a similar high-end site and have a stable work history. For the client, it is important that the successful candidate works towards NHBC guidelines and has all the necessary documents/qualifications.
