Overview
Our client is one of the UK's leading specialist insurance brokers who have an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Account Handler to join their Liverpool based team. The main purpose of your role will be to operate within the companies' successful corporate division - servicing, providing technical advice and working to company set targets; whilst being responsible for handling premiums, renewals, adjustments and new quotations. Responsibilities You will endeavour to provide excellent customer service at all times and contribute to the overall growth and success of the business. Provide day-to-day servicing and administration of clients' insurance programmes. This will include handling of new and renewal business. Your aim is to enhance existing/new client relationships through demonstrating excellent product knowledge across all lines of business. You will be responsible for the preparation of renewal and new business presentations in line with agreed time-scales. The successful candidate will be having previous experience working as a Commercial/Corporate Account Handler with excellent knowledge and experience in the commercial insurance arena. This is an opportunity for someone who takes pride in the work they do whilst also having an eye for detail and take extra lengths to satisfy the needs of clients.
