We are looking to recruit Relief Support Workers to support in our home in Easthampstead, Bracknell. The person we support there lives in a bungalow and needs support with all aspects of his life including cooking, personal care, shopping and medication. He likes trains, music and is very playful. This is a close team so the ability to work with others and the willingness to undertake the training required is a must.
