We are looking for Support Workers in Sudbury to cover various shifts from full time, part time and relief to suit you. We offer fantastic benefits, training and a great team environment. You will be supporting a gentleman to transinsion from home to supported living accomodation. You’ll then be supporting the gentleman in his own home who is in his mid-20's to go out in the community, swimming, going to fairs and with household chores. He’ll also need support with prompting with personal care and has at times, behaviours that challenge. You’ll work on a rota of shifts; earlies (7/7:30am – 2/2:230pm), lates (2/2:30pm – 10/10:30pm) Also we have vacancies for waking nights - this will be determined on the rota set for the month. For permanent staff you will be required to work alternative weekends and the occasional bank holidays.
