The role also has potential to be a subject leadership role. Our vacancy is for September 2020. Evidence of good/outstanding practice is essential. We have a very strong teaching team, are committed to CPD, have a whole school focus on well-being and excellent capacity for support. Consequently, this post would suit a strong NQT who is able to submit evidence of good/outstanding teaching practice with their application. The successful candidate must be committed to high standards of teaching, learning and classroom management. We provide quality support and appropriate professional development. A caring approach and a good sense of humour are essential. We are seeking to appoint a 'Brent' person: someone with a 'growth mind-set', who is committed to ensuring every child is a motivated, independent learner by creating learning experiences that are relevant, interesting and exciting.
