Overview
SharePoint Administrator and Support Engineer Leeds Permanent Salary - up to £32,000 benefits A global organisation based in London are seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator to support the business in its adoption of SharePoint and to move to using SharePoint in the Cloud - also to cover other office 365 applications. Key responsibilities: Provide governance and advice on the user of SharePoint to Business areas to improve their effectiveness and improve productivity. Outline an adoption strategy to drive adoption of SharePoint in the business Work with Support Areas to Provide Guidance and support with their Promotion of SharePoint and other O365 Products to the end user Act as a single point of reference for SharePoint Escalation adoption queries with the Local business Unit. Educate, train and advise the business on Office 365 5 core products: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive Ensure Local Business Adoption aligns with Group SharePoint strategy. Provide Support, guidance and governance to Projects in relation to the use of 0365 Products Creation and governance of process and documentation related to 0365, Ensuring all incidents are updated in a regular, accurate and timely manner. Escalating incidents when required. Interfacing directly with all service delivery teams. The client are offering a competitive salary of up to £32,000 and offer great benefits.
