Business Analyst

Business Analyst To progress the creation of a single business process platform for global operations. My client is currently establishing a team of business architects and analysts. They have operations across Europe. The business architects and analysts will be responsible for working with key business leaders to define and support establishing the best capabilities and processes to meet their strategic objectives. Key aspects of the position: • Understanding the key strategic themes of the business such as process standardisation, managing cost efficiencies, visibility of key information to support confident decision making and understanding the business KPI’s • Understanding current business capabilities and identifying required areas of improvement through business process re-design and digital support including identifying areas for process automation • Creating business capability models and process maps to support review and improvement workshops • Document designed processes and support the communication of these designs to the different regions and work with the regions to understand the appropriate regional localisations. Experience required: • Minimum 5 years’ experience providing process design and implementation support for medium to large businesses • Experienced in discussing and capturing “as is” business processes and working with business teams to understand current issue and design improvements • Familiar with the use of business process mapping tools • Comfortable holding workshops to validate the business process platform • This is a very fast-growing company which provides a fast moving and exciting work environment • They have recently made several acquisitions and this role is key to enable the successful adoption of new acquisitions on to the business process platform and enabling solutions • This position will have the opportunity to shape the business architecture and process management capabilities.
