Underwriting Team Leader, Financial Lines

We are currently representing a highly respected global insurer with a universally recognised brand. Based from prestigious city centre offices, their Manchester operation focuses delivering corporate insurance solutions via a diverse panel of brokers throughout the UK & Ireland. Due to internal promotion our client is looking to attract an experienced Financial Lines Underwriter to join their specialist team in a leadership role. Responsible for underwriting a broad range of Financial Lines risk, focusing on D&O you will be responsible for leading the team to deliver a profitable account whilst retaining quality business. To apply for this role, you will be an experienced Underwriter with robust knowledge of Financial Lines business and strong leadership capabilities. Essentially you will have strong organisational skills, sound commercial acumen and the ability to forge effective relationships with both internal stakeholders and brokers.
