The client we are working with are looking for the right person, they would prefer that the candidate has the following: An enthusiastic phone manner The ability to build rapport quickly and excellent communication skills Recruitment or Sales experience A hardworking, driven personality A University Degree 2:1 or above A sporty/competitive background The company you will be working for has a fantastic training programme which will give you invaluable sales experience that will be extendable to many sales roles that you may be interested in the future. You will be able progress throughout the ranks quickly and be promoted once you hit specific targets. Within the first 3-4 years, you would be expected to have a managerial role and potentially be earning a SIX FIGURE SALARY .
